The Patrician Bed & Breakfast Inn is an immense, three story mansion built in 1919 by George S. King, a well-known Houston attorney. The Patrician offers warm hospitality and a relaxing atmosphere.

The restored Colonial Revival mansion sits in the heart of the wonderful Museum District of Houston, Texas. The inn offers an ideal setting for weddings, receptions, and other types of affairs.

The expressive decor provides a suitable background for all types of meetings, executive or informal. The inn has an intimate living room with a fireplace to set the mood of the occasion.

For romance and atmosphere, they have recently added a deck and fourteen-foot gazebo that makes a perfect setting for outdoor weddings.

With each morning comes a generous breakfast of fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, or pear compote, sticky buns and perhaps French toast slathered with cream cheese and orange marmalade sauce.

Breakfast, gourmet in style, is served in the relaxed atmosphere of the large dining room or in the sunny solarium. Guests can enjoy a good cup of coffee while planning the day and exchanging adventures with other guests.

The Patrician Bed & Breakfast Inn offers spacious rooms, all private baths (some with two person whirlpool tubs), extra-plush robes, telephone, CD clock radios, cable TV/VCR, hair dryers, ceiling fans and lots of privacy.
