This rare, circa 1813 historic inn was completely renovated in 2003 by new owners/innkeepers, Tom & Marcey White, to include exquisitely rich and graceful guest rooms with private Jacuzzi baths.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting and guests particularly love sitting in front of the wood burning fireplace in the guest living room for reading or playing games, or enjoying a movie of their choice from the selection of over 200 DVD's in the private guest TV/Movie room accompanied by fresh popcorn and sodas.

A gourmet breakfast is served daily as well as homemade goodies for afternoon tea.

Guests are invited to enjoy the screened in gazebo, outdoor fire pit, lovely front porch, perennial gardens in season, or wander the grounds on four acres of beautiful Maine woods with trails connecting to the state of Maine snowmobile trails.

The Inn is conveniently located to town, restaurants and stores on Route 2 in Bethel just over the Androscoggin River Bridge and less than 2 miles from Sunday River Ski Resort Road.

The Mountain Explorer free shuttle to Sunday River picks up 2 doors down and drops off directly in front of the Inn regularly.

Each room features air-conditioning, radio/alarm clock, bathrobes, CD player/stereo, cordless telephone, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, living/dining areas and a modem/data port.
