This 1928 restored colonial home has captured the elegance of the 1940's with lovely themed rooms. It began as a family estate and became an inn in 1961. Its namesake, Charles W.
Morgan, the famous whaling industry giant, once roamed this area of Connecticut and his fishing vessel resides on display in Mystic Harbor.
This unique inn has been refurbished down to the curve of the pane glass windows, french doors, and other fixtures. Each of the five bedrooms is decorated with collectibles from the 1940's, embracing an admiration for the music of a bygone time.
